THE
HORARY READING
For this reading a specific question is asked and it should
be possible to make a yes or no answer. Will I sell my
house? Will the money arrive in time? Will he propose
marriage? Will I find my keys? Etc.
Study the subjects identified with each house position,
combine this with the actions described by the seven planets
and then the nature of the sign and one will begin to
use the various combination to create the outcome of any
reading. It takes time but once learnt it becomes astonishingly
accurate as a way to help with difficult decisions or
just to give quick answers to questions that have aroused
your curiosity.
When an Horary reading is made the cards are dealt face
down in the circle of twelve as in the Yearly reading
but only the card covering the house positions that concern
the question are turned up to reveal their wisdom. The
first house position card will always be revealed to represent
the questioner.
Below are some example readings.
Diagram of the Horary reading "Will
I get the job?"
The
question - Will I get the job?
If we look at the houses that are involved with this question
we have:
The 1st house tells about the questioner.
The 6th house of work shows the job.
The 10th house gives career and status.
The 5th house indicates luck and competition.
This
one, as with most Horary readings, was quite obviously
a yes answer once the relevant cards were revealed. Three
Sun cards in the reading was a pretty good start.
In the 1st house we have Sun in Scorpio - Power. This
shows that the questioner has taken up the challenge and
is confident to meet any competition.
In the 6th house we have Sun in Taurus - Status. This
is an important job with a great deal to add to the questioner's
reputation.
In the 10th house we have Saturn in Aquarius - Eccentricity.
This shows that the job will turn out to be different
to the one the questioner expects.
In the 5th house we have Sun in Leo - Fortune. It's a
winner, no question. She'll get the job!
